WHAT WE DO

We help women over 30 quit yo-yo dieting, build healthy habits that they can fit into their busy lives, so they can lose weight and become fitter, stronger and more confident without restricting foods they love.

PERSONAL COACHING

We offer Personal training and Coaching for women over 30 that want a more individualized approach to achieving their goals. Our bodies all work differently depending on different variables like genes, age, time of the month, whether or not we’ve had children, menopause or injuries. We help you to be the best version of yourself -  physically and mentally.   This can be done online or in person, 1:1 or in small groups.

CLASSES FOR LADIES

Our group classes are designed for groups of up to 10 ladies. We will do a mixture of Cardio, High Intensity training and Resistance training to help you tone, support your cardiac health and boost your metabolism. It's important for us to have fun while training so we ensure that we have a great variety and always some fun.

NUTRITION

We will help you understand your nutritional needs, help you lose and manage your weight taking into consideration the different stage of life. We give you healthy recipe ideas that are simple, easy to prepare and will be popular with the whole family.

WELLBEING

We will support you in understanding how you can look after your body and mind. You have the opportunity to attend our educational webinars and talks which focus on women's health, nutrition and mindset and you can book into our mini-spa or enjoy a relaxing deep tissue massage.

COMMUNITY

In our Ladies only community we don't just work out together but we support each other, share struggles and celebrate each others successes, no matter how big or small.

We have the expertise

We are constantly learning and evolving to help you in the best and safest way possible. We specialize in women's health and have undergone training to help women in Menopause.

Cathrin is a qualified Life Coaching specializing in behavior change and is trained to work with women that have Long-term Conditions like Thyroid issues, Hypertension, Cardiovascular conditions, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and many more. She also can work with clients struggling with Diabetes and Obesity.
